I currently am the Offensive Line Coach at Sandy Creek HS. I have coached as high as the DII level of NCAA and as low as with the middle school, occasionally as prep training for when they get to me at the High School. I have worked in Mississippi, South Dakota and now back at home in Georgia as a coach and a trainer . I can coach any position on offense but primarily Offensive Line, Tight Ends, and traditional X,Y style receivers. I train and teach students ages 12-18. And work with college players for technical development, as well as professional preparation both physically and mentally.

While in High School I played under the Walker tree in Georgia, bolstering a 43-4-1 record in my time at Sandy Creek with a 2012 State Championship along the way. I received a full scholarship to play at Thee Jackson State University and during my time there I saw time at Full back Center Guard and Tightend over four years. Afterwards I would finish my playing career at Lindenwood university rotating all throughout the offensive Line. While there I was apart of a 9-4 record that lead to a conference championship and a second round playoff appearance.

During a typical session with any level athlete we would warm up with an aerobic exercise session. Some movement/flexibility drills then move into position specific drills that would build into the next session for continuous development.
