More About Coach Nada

I have been training for about 2 years now, and I have been in the fitness industry for about 5 years. I trained all age groups from 14-18 and from 45-60 years of age. I work with females only, pre or post partum, weight loss clients, and clients looking to just be and feel healthier. I have my Nutrition and CPT license with NASM.

I myself have had struggles with weight loss, and I was able to lose 60 pounds, and 10 percent body fat. I have been studying nutrition for 3 years. This resulted in better outcomes of my training, and have been very satisfied with feeling stronger, healthier, and reaching my fitness goals.

We will always start off with a warm up! This warm up will contain dynamic stretches, and body mobility and flexibility, this will help improve our workout. And give you the energy to put in your all. 5- 10 minutes

Our workout (depending on what your goals are) will be 45 minutes long. This could contain strength training, cardio, resistance, and reactive training.

Our Cool-down will help improve muscle imbalances, and will contain static stretches, and will help us return your heartbeat back to normal.
This will contain 5-10 minutes as well.

After this we will review your workout, we will talk about what it is you liked what it is you hated. This will help us improve and what we need to work on more. Until I see you again!

My sessions will be 1 hour.
