More About Coach Mitchell
Accomplished former all-conference college and high school quarterback with extensive experience coaching individuals and teams across all position groups. 7+ seasons head coaching youth flag football (3rd-8th grade) with boys, girls, and co-ed teams. Individual coaching expertise across QB, WR, DB position groups as well as working with small groups and teams. Recently experience with the Matt Leinart Flag Football league in Orange County and previously with of the Los Angeles Parks and Rec system in Los Angeles, California.

Sessions will vary by client, their position and their specific needs and points of emphasis. If there is a typical session (for a QB in this case) it would be structured something like this:
First 5 minutes - Warm-Up & Objectives
This would include stretching, shoulder activation, and also hip activation
In terms of objectives, aligning on a) what are we trying to work on today, b) what else in on your mind / do we need to address
5–15 Minutes — Footwork

15–30 Minutes — Throwing Mechanics
Ball carriage - ensuring proper ball security
