More About Coach Mirko

I work as a fitness coach and personal trainer since 2015. I train athletes of different ages, individually or in groups. I've collaborated in Italy with different fitness facilities and professional soccer teams such as Feralpi Salò s.r.l. and Atalanta BC. In the USA, I work at Rockhurst University as a soccer specialised strength and conditioning coach within men's soccer and at UMKC as a Personal trainer. I have a bachelor degree in Exercise and Sport Science and other fitness-related certifications.

I've played soccer in Italy for 16 years. I attended different soccer academies when I was a kid, in the town of Bergamo, connected to Inter Fc and Atalanta Bc. In the last years, I've played for the team of my town, ASD Tavernola, at a semi-professional level.

My sessions starts always with some injury prevention drills, during the warm up. The main goal of the session depends on the athlete needs. I start always with strength or agility drills. With kids, the focus is on the main skills of the game.
