Specializing in Offensive Line fundamentals and technique. 7 years of College and NFL playing experience as well as 8 years of coaching experience ranging from 8 years old to college athletes.
All Big East Offensive Lineman- Rutgers University 2003-2008. 3 year starter at Offensive Guard. 3 years professional playing experience in the NFL and UFL.
Every session starts with a warm up which consists of stretching, footwork and agility drills. Each training session will focus on either run block or pass protection. We will start at the very basics and work our way up to very specific details of Offensive Line play.
