More About Coach Mike
USATF Level 1 Certified

NCAA Division 1 Coach
Coached All Americans, National Champions, and Team USA Athletes
I helped train USA 100m Champion Melissa Jefferson. I train Paralympic athlete Dallas Wise. He placed 2nd in the Tokyo Paralympics. He also placed 4th in the Tokyo Paralympics. I have the ability to train athletes in all sprints, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and the multi events. If you need instruction on relays I can assist with that also. I have helped athletes gain multiple feet on their long and triple jumps.
Division 1 football and track & field athlete. 8x All Conference in hurdles and long jump. 8x Conference Champion. I played at Eastern Illinois in both sports (Central Illinois area). I was trained by a couple very good coaches. Nate Davis (University of Wisconsin) and Tom Akers (Illinois Athletic Hall of Fame). These two men started my journey of becoming well rounded as a coach.
Expect to get faster, learn proper technique for your event, and build a structure for success in the future. I train people to be more explosive and bring out their natural athleticism.
