My greatest successes have been the transformations I've seen in the athletes I coach. From helping James lose 20 lb of fat before his wedding, to helping Tori achieve her best marathon time.

Personal training sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour and are custom tailored to each client's specific goals. You'll be led through a warm-up, corrective exercises (if necessary), strength training, metabolic conditioning, and a stretch/cool-down. Personal training sessions should ideally be booked at least twice per week for maximum results.
Nutrition coaching sessions are 30 to 45 minutes, once a week. I will show you how to build your own meal plan and educate you on the basics of nutrition. My approach will be custom tailored to your specific goals (i.e., increased athletic performance, muscle gain, fat loss, etc.)

As a guy in my mid-thirties, I've been bombarded with diet and workout advice, advertisements, and anecdotes since I was old enough to read.
