More About Coach Michael

Michael is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, MovNat, and a Kukkiwon Black Belt Taekwondo instructor. He has been a health and wellness nerd for over 20 years, constantly reading and learning the most current discoveries in movement and nutrition.

Michael is currently training to compete as an American Ninja Warrior! He has worked with some of the brightest movement specialists in Chicago and across the United States. Their experience and insght has helped Michael to continue to grow as a trainer and coach.

Training sessions are customized for each client based on their goals and score on a Functional Movement Screen assessment. Training generally focuses on bodyweight movements, high-intensity intervals for conditioning, and functional movements like pulling, pushing, hinging, and squatting.
