More About Coach Michael

Just finished my 4th year as the JV Head Coach/WRs coach at a local high school. Started out as the WRs coach then progressively moved up to become head coach of the JV squad. I have helped shape some of my former athletes into now D1 players.

Played HS and DIII college football as a WR. After my HS and college playing years, I performed workouts in the AFL for the Orlando Predators and Tampa Bay Storm.

Every session will begin with Every Day Drills (EDD's). EDD's are a set of ladder and cone drills that target footwork to enhance muscle memory and increase agility.

After EDD's, we will enter into the session's core focus. The first 3 sessions will be introductory sessions where we will cover 1) Stance and Starts and the Route Tree and proper route running technique, 2) Press Releases, and 3) Blocking. After the athlete has completed the introductory sessions, we can go forward with enhancing those skills that most need development and learning advanced positional skill sets.

Every session will end with skill builder drills and conditioning. Skill builder drills include hand-eye coordination drills, reaction drills, ball security drills, ect.
