Coaching fitness and running in all ages of athletes since 2004. From run-walking your first 5k to racing your 50th marathon, Coach Meredith is ready to help you exceed your performance expectations. Certified by USA Track and Field, Crossfit Endurance and the American College of Sports Medicine, she loves leading all ages to new levels of success.
A passionate runner, Coach Meredith is currently working towards her goal of running at least one half marathon in each of the 50 states. She was part of a Cross Country team in high school but took a break from running to concentrate on strength training for a few years. Returning to running in 2008 has reignited a passion for the sport that she quickly took to several age group wins at the 5k, 10k and half marathon distances.
Sessions begin with warm-ups and mobility drills then move on the the session's focus. The workout for each session will vary based on the other workouts for the week, from speed work to tempo runs, strength training to plyometrics. Sessions conclude with advisement on nutrition, race planning, stretching and foam rolling.
