More About Coach Meredith
Having been a runner for 20+ years, I have had my fair share of personal experience training and being coached. Three years ago, I decided my passion was helping others realize reach their goals in both running and general fitness. I have experience coaching adults 1x1 as well as coaching HS Track & Field with Ransom Everglades. Its beautiful how much more I enjoy moving when I feel strong, and I'd like to help others experience the same.
I competed for Wake Forest University in both Cross Country and Track. Since my time running D1 at Wake, I have primarily competed in road races. Most recently, I won the Jackson Hole Half Marathon in Wyoming. After graduating college, I experienced a series of injuries which led me to study and fall in love with strength training.
I can tailor sessions to each client's specific goals and time commitments. Beginning with an initial assessment, I aim to get a solid understanding of where the client is starting from. Once goals are communicated and I've done an assessment, I can layout a fitness plan.
