More About Coach Meghan
I have one year of previous experience as a high school throws coach, specifically focusing on shot put and discus. Working with high school students aged 14 to 18, I developed and executed training programs, offered technical guidance, and motivated athletes to excel.
I competed at the DIII collegiate level for Stevens Institute of Technology, where I threw shot put and discus from my Sophomore to Senior year of college.
In a typical session with me, clients can expect a structured and personalized approach aimed at maximizing their athletic potential. I begin by assessing each athlete's current skill level, strengths, and areas for improvement. I focus on a providing a combination of technical drills, event-specific exercises, and I emphasize proper form and technique, providing detailed feedback and corrections throughout the session to optimize performance.
