Completed RRCA Level I certification. I have coached boys and girls high school cross country (5k distance) as well as indoor and outdoor Track (800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x800m relay). Also, coached various marathon training groups preparing for Boston, New York and Chicago.
Ran NCAA Division I Cross Country/Track for Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), x10 Boston Marathon Qualifier, American Development Program Qualifier. Personal Bests of 2:28:23 in the Marathon and 1:10:42 in the Half Marathon.
Clients can expect to learn dynamic warmup drills, strength and core training drills, receive monthly/weekly training plans which will contain threshold pace runs, speed sessions, long runs, recovery runs, and more.
