More About Coach Marquez

I have coached and trained players from the age of 5 through high schools. I have kids that are in middle school upwards to one going to college on athletic scholarship. I have coached at Stonehenge Youth Association (Youth), Clarke Central High School (GA) and trained kids at CrossFit Killer Instinct in Bethlehem, GA. Though I train kids at a CrossFit gym the training is completely different. The work is more predicated to lifts that transfer to the football to become a better athlete on the field.

In high school I was a honorable mention athlete. I attended Mars Hill University where I earned All-Conference honors twice(1st and 2nd Team). I also earned All Super Region honors. I transferred to the University of Miami as a graduate transfer where I hold the 2nd All Time Highest Power Clean (280lb). I was later drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2017, 7th Round (240 Overall) and later played with Cleveland Browns. I am currently signed with the Atlantic City Blackjacks arena football team.

Each session is predicated to the athlete themselves. For younger kids who may have never played sports or ones that do, I will evaluate where the athlete is at first then put together a plan to help them thrive as an athlete.
