More About Coach Mahan
I have experience coaching athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels. I’ve worked as a personal trainer at UFC Gym, leading one-on-one sessions and group HIIT classes for adults and youth. I also served as a group HIIT instructor at The Cakery Infusions, coaching adult clients through high-energy workouts focused on strength and conditioning. Additionally, I coached elementary school soccer at King’s Academy, developing fundamentals, coordination, and teamwork.
I primarily work with youth, teens, and young adults, but I’m comfortable training all ages. I hold ISSA Personal Training and Nutrition certifications and focus on safe, effective, and motivating training.
I competed in wrestling at the high school level, where I trained year-round and competed in multiple tournaments. Wrestling helped build my discipline, mental toughness, and competitive mindset. While I did not compete at the collegiate or professional level, the sport shaped my work ethic and approach to training.
Clients can expect a structured, goal-focused workout in a private gym setting. Sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength training, conditioning, or sport-specific drills. I emphasize proper form, progression, and intensity tailored to each athlete.
For athletes, I include agility, speed, and coordination work. Sessions end with core training and stretching to support recovery. Every workout is challenging, efficient, and results-driven.
