As an NSCA-CPT certified trainer with specialized certifications in TRX, battle ropes, kettlebell training, and SGX Spartan Race coaching, I understand what it takes to excel in your sport. My coaching experience includes working as an assistant for men’s basketball teams at Skyline College and Canada College, where I’ve seen firsthand the dedication it takes to succeed.

I also work closely with my athletes to develop crucial mental skills, ensuring you’re mentally prepared for competition on game day. I have a diverse athletic background. I competed at the junior college level in both football and track. In addition, I successfully participated in obstacle racing and amateur men's physique competitions. Specifically, I earned a 4th place finish in my first men's physique competition and achieved a commendable top 100 placement out of over 4000 participants in a Spartan Race.

During a typical session with me, clients can expect a comprehensive and individualized approach to their fitness goals. I prioritize a well-rounded workout that encompasses various elements of mobility, stability, activation, strength, conditioning and skill development based on periodization and progressive overload.
