More About Coach Logan

I have over five years of experience coaching quarterbacks and have worked with athletes ranging from ages 10 to 18. During this time, I’ve helped develop multiple successful varsity starting quarterbacks by focusing on mechanics, football IQ, and leadership skills. My training environment has consistently included high-level competition — I regularly train alongside NFL players and have been surrounded by top-tier talent, which has elevated both my understanding of the game and my ability to teach it. This exposure allows me to bring professional-level insight and intensity to every training session I lead.

As a quarterback, I’ve had the opportunity to achieve several notable accomplishments throughout my athletic career. I led my team to multiple championships as the starting quarterback, demonstrating leadership, consistency, and performance under pressure. I’ve also been recognized individually, earning MVP honors in multiple All-Star games.

At the collegiate level, I competed as a greyshirt quarterback and was named Scout Team Player of the Year for my performance against one of the top JUCO defenses in the country. This recognition reflected my work ethic, football IQ, and ability to elevate the play of those around me in a highly competitive environment. As of now I am stepping into my first season playing College Ball as a starting College Quarterback.

Clients can expect a high-energy, focused, and detail-oriented session built around developing both the physical and mental aspects of playing quarterback. Every workout is customized to the athlete’s age, skill level, and goals, but each session typically includes:

Dynamic Warm-Up & Footwork
We start with a proper warm-up and move straight into footwork drills. I emphasize balance, pocket movement, and efficiency in drops—whether it’s 3-step, 5-step, or off-platform movement.

Mechanics & Throwing Fundamentals
Next, we refine mechanics—focus points include release speed, arm angle, lower body engagement, and consistent throwing motion. I tailor drills to correct small details that make a big difference in ball placement and velocity.

Situational Work & Game IQ
I incorporate game-like scenarios to help athletes improve decision-making, timing, and field awareness. We walk through reads, coverages, and situational drills to sharpen their football IQ and confidence under pressure.

Each session is intense, but supportive. Athletes leave each workout with clear takeaways, homework to continue developing, and a mindset geared toward long-term growth and game-day execution.
