Lawrence is a USATF certified coach and is the USA National Silver medalist in the 100m. He just recently coached at the 2016 Olympic Trials. Lawrence has been running for over 11+ years and he coached at every level of sport from the high school(St. Paul, Redondo, and West Torrance), junior college (Pasadena City College), college(DI level at Arizona State University), and professional(NFL, bobsled, and track). He loves training people regardless of their starting point. He loves training the world-class athletes on a hot 110-degree afternoon, to a mother aspiring to get fit on a 76-degree afternoon; Lawrence does it all. The only requirement for training is to come with an open mind, and to come ready to work hard to reach your goals. You can count on him bringing an open-mindset and much more with no questions asked. Getting in shape is hard for some and easier for others, but in the end, we all need to stay active to live long, healthy lives. Lawrence is a Team USA medalist in the 100m and 4x100m relay. Lawrence has played high school basketball with Russell Westbrook. Lawrence is very good at what he does. My kids are 10 and 11 and he is able to relate to them and get the most out of them in every workout. We can see big improvement in just 3 sessions. The boys really enjoy working with him and have asked to keep training with coach Lawrence.

First time I approached for running coach for my 2 kids (7 and 4 yrs old). Coach Lawrence is kids friendly, motivating and excellent teaching. Kids were talking about their running practice really long time after the first class. I am very happy with meeting coach Lawrence and his coaching style. My brother has helped me out with a lot of things. One of those is the fact that he's always has been like bumpers in bowling for me. Every time I would stray towards the gutters he would be there telling me to get my head back straight. He has also been my personal trainer and training partner for track. Even though he competes in different events than me the training is very similar and that has helped me succeed thru high school and drop a whole second off my times. Just being pushed by someone who's level of speed and training is more advanced than yours helps motivate you to beat that person. And his hunger to succeed at everything he does is also contagious. He has also helped me stay grounded in God. Making sure that every Sunday we heard some word of God, whether it was hearing a pastor preach or just selecting verses in the Bible that just happens to call our names. We would even do it just randomly during other times. But overall I'm glad to say I was born and raised by the same person who raised him because he has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. Not many people can talk good or brag about their older siblings. Especially the way we grew up, we are really fortunate to have come out the way we did and I can thank a handful of people and one of them is my brother.
The way Lawrence Trice Jr. has helped in my life is when my father wasn't there he was always the next father figure I went to.. I truly believe that he has done really encouraged me to strive far in life. If it wasn't for his motivation I would not be playing any sports and receiving a 3.0 GPA  and higher. So. he has been in a lot in my life and took care of me whenever I needed something.
Lawrence Trice Jr. has personal helped me on various different levels. At times when I first got to college he was the first to greet meet and make me feel welcomed but it didn't stop there. Once we got on the track and things got a little rough he continued to help me and work with me. He also has helped me develop in the classroom and keeping me focused and letting me know that after sports you still want a living. And finally he helped me develop on a spiritual level with my faith.
