More About Coach Lauren
Prior to working in Austin TX I worked as a graduate assistant strength and Conditioning coach at Midwestern State University. I have experience working specifically with d-line and o-line as well as return to sport athletes coming off of an injury. I also programmed and coached softballI and women’s soccer strength and conditioning programs at the college level. I worked in the weight room as well as on the field for the team’s speed and agility training. I have my CSCS and are currently working primarily with High School athletes in the Austin area. I also work with youth athletes, and some adult fitness and collegiate athletes.
I am a former student manager for Baylor’s Acrobatics and Tumbling team, contributing to two national championships titles. Traveled with the team and learned from an incredible coaching staff. I have a cheerleading / gymnastics background. I have experience coed stunting as well as experience competing on all girl teams.
Every session is tailored to the individual athlete based on their position, goals, and movement needs. I focus on building speed, agility, and power—especially for football players—through structured progressions, proper mechanics, and explosive movement patterns. Sessions often include dynamic warm-ups, linear and lateral speed work, deceleration and change of direction, plyometrics, and position-specific drills. I also emphasize movement quality, mobility, and injury prevention to ensure long-term performance and durability.
