More About Coach Larry

I have worked as a trainer while attaining my bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Cal State San Bernardino (CSUSB). After graduation from CSUSB I got into CSU, Fullerton where I have completed my masters degree. So far, I have 6 years experience in training high school, division I, and professional athletes in strength and conditioning. Ballistics Ballistics is a place where we work hard to get our clients the success they desire while keeping training fun and safe.

During high school I played baseball, rode dirt bikes, bicycles, and weightlited. On the baseball team I was the leader on the JV team in home runs before jumping up to varsity where I lettered. After graduating high school and taking a short break I continued on to play at the junior college level. While playing I suffered a shoulder injury that cut my athletic career short. This was an injury that I feel could have been avoided had I been at a school with a good strength and conditioning program. This is a big reason for me entering the field and wanting to help young athletes maximize performance while staying injury free to have a long career in their sport and continue to live a healthy lifestyle even after they reach their goals in their sport.

The first session would be to get to know you and your goals. Also, we will perform an initial screen (FMS) to screen out any issues. After, depending on your sport we will do a more in-depth assessment followed by some testing if required by your sport. Getting to know the facility and myself prior to starting your program will help the flow of things the next visit and help get you to your goals faster and more efficiently. The next session will be thought out and planned according to your goals and we will keep a detail log of your activity to monitor your progress. We will have a plan, we will execute that plan, and we will be successful together.
