I have experience mentoring youth athletes through conditioning, skill development, and performance training. I’ve worked in individual settings. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED certified, and also certified as a Nutrition Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I competed at Midwestern State University in the Lone Star Conference at the collegiate level, where I developed leadership, discipline, teamwork, and high-level athletic performance experience while competing against strong regional competition. In 2024 I earned Honorable Mention All-Conference honors also Transfer Achievement scholarship from 2023-2025,
Clients can expect high-energy, structured sessions focused on improving strength, speed, mobility, conditioning, and overall athletic performance. I begin each session with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work to prepare the body and reduce injury risk. From there, workouts are tailored to the athlete’s goals and sport-specific needs. I focus on proper technique, explosiveness, footwork, agility drills, strength training, conditioning circuits, and recovery. I also emphasize discipline, confidence, accountability, and mental toughness throughout each session. Whether working with beginners or experienced athletes, I make sure every workout is challenging, competitive, and designed to help athletes improve consistently while building long-term habits that translate both on and off the field.
