I have trained student in athletes of all ages and in a variety of sports ranging from: Basketball, baseball, Soccer, Football etc. I played football for 15+ years ( Division III Football) and have over 7+ years of coaching experience. Wether it be in football or just general speed training, I know what it takes in order to take you to the next level
I personally competed at a collegiate level in Division III at the University of La Verne. back in high school I personally managed my recruitment and created my own highlight film in order to successfully be recruited to play football. I ran a 4.3 and made multiple articles as being one of the few athletes moving on to the collegiate level to play sports.
Client can expect a motivated coach wanted to make his players and clients better. I focus on football and speed training. I played both offense and defense so I can also include specific positions drills as specified in the app.
