I've coached/trained athletes (both male and female) for the past 15 years of my life, from ages 6 through ages 40. I've coached in North Carolina at Pine Forest High School (football), in Florida at Lakeland Highschool (football) and Sebring High School (football/track/weightlifting). I've coached in Texas at Seagoville High School (football), W.S. Permenter Middle School (football, basketball, and track), and helped as an assistant on Friday nights for Cedar Hill High School (football). I’ve also trained clients in Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for the last 14 years.

I was a walk for North Carolina State University in 2005, earning a full football scholarship. I played wide receiver and defensive back under two different coaching staffs, Chuck Amato and Tom O'Brien, from 2005-2009. I earned both the senior leadership award as well as Bob Warren Integrity and Sportsmanship award in 2009. I've coached/trained athletes that are current NFL players, NBA players, and Division 1/2/3 football, basketball, track, and softball players. My sole purpose is to get as many athletes as possible to the next level, while developing their spiritual, mental, and physical capacities.

A client can expect complete transparency. I believe that every athlete is special in his or her own way and it's my job to identify not only their strengths, but their weaknesses as well. I focus on three important areas: flexibility, power, and explosiveness. Flexibility is key no matter the sport. If you're flexible, then you're able to be more effective on and off your playing platform. Power is composed of strength and speed, in which we'll focus more on fast twitch muscles, resistance training, and stamina. Explosiveness helps you to start and stop, get in and out of breaks, and change directions quickly (ladders, cone work, etc.)

Client Reviews

Amazing, positive attitude, patient, and consistent. In just a few sessions I have seen my 7 yr olds confidence grow significantly not just in his physical performance but his motivation and drive. Highly recommend!

Great coaching, really gets into the session.

He’s great

Very impressed with his knowledge of the game and training tools. Definitely a good fit for my son’s love of the game.

Great coach

Very good and detailed

Coach Koyal is extremely knowledgeable, and he explains the rationale behind his drills. But also he is so kind that it just strikes you instantly.

Coach Koyal is a great coach! Very professional always there before I'm there and keeps the workouts challenging but completable. I would definitely recommend him.

(no details provided)

My son just had her first awesome session with Coach Koal. In one session Coach Koal was able to correct my son's running technic and posture, which as a Varsity XC runner and competitive soccer player are essential for his success. We will definitely schedule more practices with Coach Koyal.

Coach Koyal does a great job focusing on technique and building the foundation for really good training. Coach does a great job of explaining the what and the how for all of the drills he uses and I can see my son improving after only couple of sessions. I am looking forward to seeing what the next month of training and coaching does for my son.

Hey Coach George, I don't know if you remember me. My name is Jeremiah Hernandez, and I was a student in your eighth-grade algebra class at Permenter Middle School right before the pandemic started. I wanted to contact you because recently, as a senior in high school, many people have asked me, "Who was the best teacher you have ever had?" And without hesitation, my instant response is always, Coach George! The man who made the transition to adding letters into math seem so simple to comprehend for young students, but most importantly, took pride in getting to know every single one of his students and putting them into situations where they can succeed and thrive-not only in the classroom but also in life...I recently graduated from Dallas College with my associate's degree and will be graduating as Valedictorian for the Cedar Hill High School class of 2024 May 26th. I wanted to properly thank you for being such an inspiration and great role model to follow at such a young age, and without your initial guidance, I would not be where I am today. I hope you continue to impact those around you as you did me. You have a gift like none I have ever seen before. Best Regards
