Prior to any training session, I take time to learn each client’s short-term and long-term goals, along with their sport background and training experience. This allows me to properly assess where they are currently and create a structured plan that fits their needs and ability level.
As a current college football coach and Head of Strength & Conditioning, I emphasize training that is purposeful, safe, and results-driven. Every session begins with a minimum 10-minute dynamic warm-up designed to increase core body temperature, activate key muscle groups, and prepare the body for performance while reducing injury risk.
Each workout is built around specific drills and movements that align with the client’s goals. Training focuses heavily on foundational development, including proper technique, strength training, speed mechanics, agility, conditioning, mobility, and overall athletic performance.
I typically dedicate at least one hour per session to ensure the client receives high-quality work, detailed coaching, and education on why we are doing each exercise. My goal is not only to improve performance, but also to help clients build knowledge and habits that will benefit them long-term.
Every session concludes with a cooldown and static stretching routine to promote recovery, improve flexibility, and support injury prevention.
