More About Coach Kirsten

I've been coaching various sports for the last 10+ years covering soccer, running, triathlon, personal training, and weight loss and corrective exercises. I also work as a holistic health coach and inner healing coach so I will typically include a more holistic approach to each area of my coaching.

As an athlete, I've competed in cross country in high school and triathlon in college. I have played sports my whole life. But what sets me apart is that I'm closer to the "average runner" and have learned to come back from injuries, sickness, and the busyness of life to rebuild my health and body multiple times.

Typically, we'll look at two areas: what you are hoping to achieve (your goal) and what is keeping you from getting there (any blocks) and then we work to develop your plan to get there.
