More About Coach Kingston
I am experienced in football and speed training and cater my having specific to runningbacks and receivers. I also have experience in coaching little league and middle school.
Former collegiate running back at Texas Southern University with an extensive background in playing wide receiver as well.
In track I competed in the 110H and 300H.
I will take an athlete through a specific warmup that will give me insight on their athletic ability. After making my assessment I will take them through a workout catering to the position they play as well as honing their skills.
