More About Coach Kevin

I've been a basketball coach since 1994. I've developed numerous youth basketball players. I enjoy turning youngsters into ball players. I generally work with 10 year olds through college aged players. I coached the East Carolina University women's club team for two seasons from 2005-2006. I've coached girls and boys as well. I've been a fitness trainer since 2004 and I'm certified through NESTA. I'm also a certified Player Development Specialist through Impact Basketball. I am also an affiliate of the world renowned trainer Ganon Baker training and development program. In addition to that I have completed the NASM integrated Speed, Agility and Quickness training. As a coach I've won several youth league championships and tournaments across the country. Before that I played varsity basketball and football from 10th grade through my senior year. I played at Poly High in Sun Valley, California.

All workouts start with a dynamic warmup to start. After that it depends on the player. Each workout is different for each player or players, but I focus on making each player become the player they want to be.

Coach Kevin, is Fantastic

Coach is prompt and on time… Coach Kevin is Awesome. He takes his time on skill development. He is knowledgeable and he has a love for this sport. My son does not complain when he has to see him. Trust me, if you know my son this is a wonderful thing. So, his approach to building up your child is top notch and we are extremely great full to have him as a coach.

Coach Kevin is awesome! In addition to knowing his stuff, he also works on the intangibles of the game, such as building player confidence. My daughter has grown a lot as a player because of Coach Kevin!

Coach Kevin helped our daughter with technical skills, but what impressed us most is how she came out of hard training sessions encouraged and with more confidence in her abilities. Just because you know how to do something doesn’t mean you can coach someone else to do it, but Kevin excels at all parts of coaching.

I will the best with him

Coach Kevin works great with my 14 son who is a beginner at playing basketball. He’s very thorough but yet very patient with him. His practices is helping my son understand the fundamentals of basketball all while gaining confidence in his skills. I certainly see myself signing up my son for additional coaching sessions.

Coach Kevin was excellent. Great teacher of the fundamentals and was a very good communicator.

Coach Kevin does a wonderful job with developing players. He helped my sons just after two sessions! His sessions are not only informative on how to improve but also very good workouts. My boys come home tired and sore. Basketball is a game of endurance and I know my boys will be ready when their season starts.

Outstanding coach and clearly knows his stuff. He put my two boys through a very structured yet intense session and covered numerous areas, all within an hour.
