More About Coach Judex
I was president of the Rutgers Running Club where I managed a group of 40+ runners of varying levels. I helped them achieve their goals of fast times and/or getting in the best shapes of their lives. I've been a personal cross country and conditioning coach.
I was part of the Rutgers Running Club where I helped my team qualify for NIRCA Nationals. I am currently part of Philadelphia Runners Track Club where I'm still setting PRs. 800m: 1:59.01, 1500m: 4:15, 5k: 16:16, 8k: 26:59, Half Marathon: 1:20:46.
I start my sessions with a 10min warmup followed by drills. Then we'll do a workout that makes sense for the athlete and point in season (speed focused, VO2 max focused or endurance focused). Then we'll finish off with cooldown and static stretching.
