The highest level of football I played at was at Pierce College played 1 year but had to get surgery. Accomplishments for me graduated high school with my diploma going back to school to work on degree as well
My sessions will mainly focus on specific type of DB drills also techniques as well. I don’t like to throw too many things at them at once. Repeat then rinse then onto the next objective.
