More About Coach Joshua
I have trained numerous athletes all over the world; with the main focus on the basketball. With basketball training, mastering fitness is the key to being a TOP athlete. The fitness techniques and drills I have taught to other athletes just focusing on fitness help them reach their own individual goals.
I played high school basketball, collegiate Division 1 basketball (Towson University), upon graduation played 3 years overseas in Europe in countries such Iceland, Romania, Austria, and Germany.
Depending on the client's goal the workout will vary. However, each person can expect: stretching, light cardio to warm up, various intense drills, light weights, ab routine, and stretching to cool down.
Consistency and a positive attitude is all we need to get better in our fitness journey.
