As a recent graduate of Duke University's track and field program, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with middle and high school athletes and their parents. My goal is to provide valuable insights and guidance that can empower the next generation of sprinters. In addition, I will offer crucial information to assist student-athletes in their journey towards reaching the collegiate level, while also providing a comprehensive training regimen to support their progress.
