I competed in multiple sports up to the collegiate level, and actively compete in strength and combat sports. I have coached and played at an elite level and understand what it takes to prepare an athlete to be prepared and durable to perform.
Initial session will be mobility assessments and checking efficiency through fundamental movement patterns, from there I will tailor their programming towards their weaknesses and sport-specific goals.
