More About Coach John
I have about 5 years of coaching experience primarily at the prep school level, but I can work with elementary aged athletes through college aged athletes and beyond.
I played HS Football in Tampa, Florida where I was a 3 star athlete recruited by D-1 schools and eventually chose Navy where I played varsity football all 4 years, lettering twice.
A client can expect an evaluation for the first session so that I can properly tailor a training regimen for follow on sessions. Once I get the baseline I usually start with fundamental drills and then work my way into more advanced aspects of position specific training in the sessions after. I’m also open to input if the athlete wants to work on a specific skill and train to that.
