As a coach and performance trainer, I bring hands-on experience developing athletes in strength, movement efficiency, and position-specific performance. With a year of experience training athletes in individual and small-group settings, I focus on proper technique, speed development, and foundational strength principles that translate directly to game performance. I was recently hired as a varsity Defensive Line coach, where I lead the development of D-linemen by emphasizing fundamentals, discipline, physicality, and football IQ. My coaching approach blends technical skill work with strength and conditioning to build dominant, fundamentally sound players. Through my brand, Naylors Academy of Athletics, I am committed to helping athletes grow in confidence, accountability, and competitive mindset both on and off the field.

2x all league in highschool, selected to play in the SDFNL all star and the makosi all star game. Currently playing at the D3 level at the university of Laverne as well as competed at McPherson College for a year at the NAIA level

Sessions will focus on foot work, agility and technique as well as some strength training with weights. A normal session will be anywhere between 45 to an hour out on the field going through a warmup and a series of stretches. Then work through a series of footwork drills with the latter then go through drills accustomed to the position the athlete plays. Afterwards go to some conditioning. Then cool down stretches after the session is over for better recovery.
