I have been independently coaching running in the North Dallas area for the past 15 years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own private coach and my many years of my own running experiences. I have over 24 years of running experience completing 25 marathons and many other endurance distances.

I enjoy working and helping runners of all levels and ages accomplish running for fitness or for training for their first 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Marathon.

I have individually and group coached many runners to their first Half or Full Marathon in addition to getting runners to a new PR.

I start my program with a consultation to find out exactly what my runner is looking for and will put together a schedule to reach the desired goal. Each session will be started out with a dynamic stretch followed by a run. After each session I want my athlete to feel comfortable with the pace and the goals needed to get them to their goal.

Coach Jennifer has an impressive experience base for running...22 full marathons and over 100 half marathons! Although I was not feeling good for our first run in the TX heat, she was understanding. I believe she will be able to help me finish strong on my first full marathon.
