More About Coach Jasmine
I'm a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with experience coaching athletes in strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. I specialize in developing volleyball players and competitive athletes, blending performance training with mobility, recovery, and accountability systems. I am a performance coach at Marke1 Performance in Santa Ana, CA, a premier athletic performance facility where I help athletes of all levels build strength, speed, and confidence on and off the court.
I have been an athlete for over 10 years and am a former collegiate indoor and beach volleyball player at Saddleback College. I am currently working on obtaining my NASM Sports Nutrition certification as well. I have experience coaching youth through collegiate athletes in strength, conditioning, and injury prevention.
Each session is designed to match the athlete's goals, age, and sports demands. A typical session is an hour and includes: dynamic warm up, movement and speed training, strength and power training, sport-specific training, and cool-down & recovery. In addition, we test different factors for performance such as vertical and velocity for certain movements.

Client Reviews
Ela - 16s Club Athlete (Testimonial)
Coach Jasmine takes the time to explain to you what you can do better or offer a different solution. She's able to relate to you, but still expect effort all around. She's patient and efficient, and I leave practice with more than what I came with
Coach Mike - Saddleback Volleyball Club (Testimonial)
Coach Jasmine brings intensity but she teaches mindset with it. Regardless of the age of our players, she's able to understand and be there for each one of them, making them believe they could do more
