My coaching experience includes destinations at Mt. Zion Highschool in Jonesboro, GA. Here at Mt. Zion, I worked as a positions coach Coaching Wide Receivers and Quarterbacks. Also, at Mt.Zion High school, I have coached track and field sprinters in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays. My training experience includes coaching clients with weight lost goals to middle school, high school, Division 1, Division 2 and Professional athletes. I have worked with kids and adults from various levels of ability. Providing Training with high quality athletes with Pure Speed LLC and Millennium Training LLC has blessed me with opportunities to work with high school and collegiate all-Americans. I am proud to currently be a part of Lightning Speed Track Club. Providing coaching for sprinters on the county recreation and parks and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) circuit for track and field offering years of knowledge and proven experience to future star athletes

I was a two-sport athlete at Redan high school. Although I like all sports my passion lied in Football and Track and Field. Football was always my passion. I have played football since a kid in Parks and Recs. In high school football, I received accolades as offensive MVP, team MVP, and all county as a Quarterback for Redan high school. In track and field, I was recognized record holder for 7AAAA county and 7AAAA Regionals Track meets; also during this time accomplished school records in both track and football for Redan high. At the colligate level, I received Accolades as Team MVP, Offensive MVP, and first team All-American as a Wide receiver, Quarterback, and Return Specialist. Receiving these honors, have blessed me with NFL camp invites with the Jacksonville Jaguars and the opportunity to play at the professional level in Arena Football (AFL). With 6 years of professional football experience with San Jose Saber Cats, Georgia Force, and Cincinnati Jungle Kats as a wide receiver and return specialist in the AFL, I have gained a plateia amount of insightful experience.

Session will be catered to the athlete sport specific after evaluation of the athlete strengths and weakness: however, a typical session plan will include:
• Dynamic warm-up/static stretch blend to increase blood flow and loosen joints in preparation for workout
• Sport specific drills to polish and tweak player skillset for improvement (will emphasize on position specific drills for overall mechanic improvement)
• Speed session (to improve athlete overall speed)
• Agility session (to improve athlete foot work and balance)
• Strength session ( to improve athlete overall strength and injury prevention)
• Conditioning (Finisher workout to test athletes will power. Help push athlete beyond their knowing limits for character building)

Coach James is great. My son is a wide receiver and needs help with his footwork. After the first session, my son felt that he had a much better understanding of what he needed to do to improve his game. Coach also gave him some drills to do on his own in between sessions.
