Great session! James put together a lot of skills drills to evaluate initial agility and athletic ability before moving into more specific drills to work in technique for routes and receiving. Some D footwork as well.

Coach James had a good set of drills to assess my son's current abilities and created a plan to expand and improve those abilities. Sessions were fun & challenging to my 9 year old we are definitely going to use him again just before football season starts.

Coach James is a wonderful coach with much experience which helps contribute to the athlete's success. He takes the time to do the small things along with tailoring the workouts specifically to the athlete and the athlete's personal goals.
