More About Coach Jamal
I have over 19 years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning. I have worked with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.
I have traveled to China in 2018 for the Winter Olympics preparation camp. I have also worked with Team USA Track and Field at the Penn Relays in 2018 and U19 Pan Am Championships in 2019. Most recently I served as the strength and conditioning coach for the WNBA Atlanta Dream.
Played basketball and soccer recreationally. Extremely passionate about basketball 🏀. Throughout my coaching career I received an award appreciation of services from the Athletic Director at Johnson C. Smith University.
Clients can expect a detailed assessment where we will lay the foundation for the program. Athletes and parents will be educated during and after assessment.
