More About Coach Jacqueline

Note: In the winter and in poor weather I coach at CompleteBody in Midtown. There is a small additional fee for the space. In Spring, Summer, and Fall I coach at The Great Lawn in Central Park and at the Astoria Park Track in Queens. I cannot travel to New Jersey, Westchester, or Long Island as I do not have a car. I hope we can work together!

I am the Head Coach and Founder of All Out Track Club, as well as a USATF Level 1 Coach and NFPT Certified Personal Trainer. I previously coached at the high school level in NYC at The Brearley School on the Upper East Side, and I now work with athletes individually, in groups, and within my club. I also have provided and am available for clinics for whole teams. I typically train athletes between ages 10-18, although I am available to coach all ages including adults.

I have experience in training kids who have issues focusing and helping them with forming self-discipline. I am also great with kids who have funky form and need help learning how to use their bodies in the most efficient way possible!

Athletes of mine have improved and achieved at every level - from winning their event at the middle school meet to running at colleges such as York and West Point!

I am a NJCAA two time All-American in the 4x100 and the 400 hurdles, as well as finishing 5th in State (California) in the Heptathlon and second in Southern California in the 4x400. I hold the record at my college for the 4x400, 400 hurdles, and the Heptathlon, and placed first in the Western State Conference in the 400 hurdles. I competed at College of the Canyons in Southern California under the coaching of gold medalist (4x400) Denean Hill (née Howard) and former American record holder and gold medalist (400 meter hurdles) Lashinda Demus. Outside of track and field, I played soccer from age 5 through college, and dabbled in rugby for a year.

Locations and days I train:

Great Lawn in Central Park: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Astoria Park Track: Saturdays and Sundays
CompleteBody Gym (57th and 2nd Ave in midtown): when weather is bad/too cold

Please make sure one of these locations work for you before reaching out as I don't have a car and can't travel long distances. Thanks!

In a typical session we will start with a warmup and drills, and then a track workout. I focus on good mechanics and running technique, and place a heavy emphasis on consistency. Depending on the athlete, some bodyweight strength exercises will be included in the workout. For online sessions, I usually talk through the previous week's workouts with the athlete, cover any concerns they have, and detail the next week's workouts. We will go over any video the athlete has provided to talk technique, and go through any appropriate drills on camera.

In our first session, you should expect to spend around 10-20 minutes discussing goals, any previous injuries, current training plan, etc, before we begin training. I want to make sure I understand where you are coming from and what your goals are before we start!

I train athletes for all sprint distances as well as both hurdle races. For other sport clients who need help with form, we can include a sprint workout for increasing stamina, or we can leave it out for a shorter overall session.

Hurdle sessions are held at Astoria Park as it has a full size rubber track. I recommend these hurdles for girls/women (21"-36"): https://rb.gy/rsi5f and these for boys/men (27"-42"): https://rb.gy/q9ah2
3 is the minimum you should get to begin training. They are lightweight and easy to store and carry.

Jacqueline has been coaching my 13 year old son during his cross country season. Her enthusiasm and clear instruction has been a great fit for his needs. She gives him concrete suggestions for improving his form and speed, which he is able to integrated into his races. We have both enjoyed working with her and look forward to seeing how his season progresses.

Coach Jacqueline was perfect for my 9 year old daughter. She brought the perfect balance of technical skill and fun to make the learning experience a hit.

Jacqueline’s background and temperament make her a perfect coach for young women striving for running excellence.

Coach Keeley has really helped me improve my endurance and hurdling form over the summer. Sessions have been great and when I am not working out with her she gives me workouts to do over the week. Every workout is personalized and challenging.

Coach Jacqueline is awesome! She has the perfect balance of drills, exercises, and sprinting; personalizes to the extreme; offers super helpful commentary on the larger sport and opportunities for growth; and has such an unforgettable personality. She’s reigniting my passion for running, one session at a time... highly recommend!

Coach Jacqueline has been a great fit for our 11 year old soccer player. As a well rounded athlete herself, she brings a great perspective on how improving his running practice benefits his soccer game, which is just what we needed. Highly recommended!

I just had my first session with Jacqueline and am so happy to have connected with her! She is extremely kind, realistic, but most of all encouraging - three things that I really needed as an athlete new to formal track and field. I look forward to working with her again in the near future.

Jacqueline is wonderful! She is positive, very knowledgeable and great with all ages…children and adults. In just one session we could see the difference in my son’s sprinting time.

Great teacher and really helped with our daughters form

Coach Jacqueline was great, my 7 year old daughter had so much fun. She didn’t want the session to end, I would highly recommend her. We’ll be booking more training sessions for sure.

Where do I begin? Coach Jacquelin has been absolutely amazing. I have been training for the FDNY physical exam with not much progress on my own. I have been running for quite some time and developed a knee injury and decided that I needed help. I scheduled an appointment with Coach Jacqueline and she immediately spotted what was wrong with my running mechanics. We have been working together at the Astoria track and I have made significant improvements since. She implemented a at home workout routine for myself and has been following up with me daily. Coach Jacqueline has amazing patience and it has been an absolute joy working with her. I will highly recommend her to anyone that wants to maximaize their running experience!

My kid enjoyed the 1st session and says she now knows the right way! She can’t wait for her next session.

Coach Jacqueline is a great coach. If you are looking for a highly engaged and motivational running coach, I highly recommend contacting Jacqueline.

My teenage daughter's running technique has improved tremendously in just four training sessions with Jacqueline.

During each session, Jacqueline clearly explains a particular running concept, demonstrates it and then coaches my daughter on execution. She also provides follow-up training exercises to reinforce the running principles my daughter is learning.

Jacqueline was a great help in getting my son prepared to be a D1 track athlete. She was so knowledgeable and patient, even over a virtual session. We definitely recommend!!

My son had his first session with Coach Jacqueline and she made the most creative and thoughtful training plan for him to correct issues with his running form. My son is a very competitive soccer player and is looking to become faster and more explosive on the soccer pitch. Coach Jackie’s unique experience as both a college soccer player and college track star makes her a perfect match to train my son. She worked with him to set collaborative goals that will help him improve his speed and explosiveness on the soccer pitch. Having a coach like jackie who knows what it takes to play at such a high level is a tremendous asset! Jackie is positive even when she was giving critical feedback to my son and has great communication skills with kids. My son told me he had so much fun working with her and can’t wait to train with her again. She gave him exercises to practice in between sessions and spent time making sure he understood how to do them correctly.
If you have a child who wants to get faster and obtain more explosive speed than I highly recommend Coach Jackie. She is not just a coach but a speed scientist, who uses science, technology, positivity, humor and fun to help the athletes she trains reach their goals.

Working with Coach Jacqueline Keeley has been a blessing. My 16 year old daughter had been struggling with her school coach who is a former long distance runner and coach Keeley has helped her as a sprinter with her form and improving her time and shes PR'd at her track meets...super grateful for her patience, she's such a motivating and encouraging coach. Can't wait for session 4...Coach Jacqueline Keeley is the BEST!!!!!!

Jacqueline is terrific. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, no nonsense, but understanding and pays attention to the details. My daughter was reluctant at first and now can't wait to train with her more.

100% awesome; she’s great - book her now!

She has done an outstanding job with my 10 year old in fixing his arm movement and diagnosing an imbalance in his stride. Highly recommend.

Jake has never competed before but now wants to enter college as a 200/400/800 runner. Coach Jacqueline eased him into the game and he came away with self confidence that he could do this. She realized the value of not only good form and training but that the mind game is half the battle with newbies. Will continue to work with her to get Jake ready for the season!

My daughter was very happy with coach Jacqueline. Coach Jacqueline was very nice and patient to my daughter; in her first session she learn a lot. I will definitely recommend her classes.

My daughter said working with Jacqueline was great on all fronts. Looking forward to future workouts.

My daughter loves Jacqueline's style of coaching! It was only their first session, but it felt like they knew each other for a long time already. Her confidence as a coach is contagious. My daughter learn so much that first session.
Hope she has more time to train my daughter.

Jacqueline is an excellent coach! I haven't run in a long time and wanted to get back into it. She was very patient with me in correcting my form, but let me challenged at all times.

She knows her stuff.

Coach Jacqueline was a great coach on our first lesson. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. She demonstrated many interesting techniques used for both the warm-up and practice sprint phases. I plan on booking more sessions in the near future.

My 10 year son gets a lot out of the sessions. He works hard and comes away feeling better about his abilities. Coach Jacqueline is great with him and communicates well with him and also me so I would always know what was going on, goals, and results. We highly recommend Coach Jacqueline.

Great coach and a very active and fun session. Will definitely book more sessions with Jacqueline

Coach Jacqueline was so great and so much fun to work with. As a beginner, I didn't know how well I would do; however, she really used the one session to make me love hurdling and made me want to pursue it for a long time. She gave me a good base for hurdling and I can't wait to book another session with her once I get the chance.
