More About Coach Jace
My coaching experience includes coaching middle school and high school students in the Eudora School Districts in Eudora, KS for seven years. The sports I coached included football and track & field. Prior to Eudora, I coached at Kennedy Middle School in Hays, KS. Sports included there were football, basketball and track. I was also involved in summer and winter strength and conditioning during my time at Eudora.
High School: Hays High, Hays Kansas
Football: All League 2000, 2001 All State 2001
Track & Field: State Placer 2001, 2002 Pole Vault, Competed in 100, 200, 400 and relays
College: Fort Hays State University
Football: 3 year Letterman
The session will begin with a dynamic warm-up working on running form and range of motion. Following the warm-up, demonstrations of techniques for position/event specific skills will happen. Drills to obtain those skills after that. Repetition until mastery with a short cool down at the end. Majority of time will be spent on sport specific skills.
