More About Coach Inez
I’ve worked with several different age groups through the coaching opportunities I’ve had. I first began with youth swim lessons for about 4 years and then moved on to coach a local high school in my hometown as an assistant as well as summer league teams. I did also give intermediate adult swim lessons.
I have gone to the junior Olympics 4 times and currently participate at the collegiate level at Chapman University a DII team in Southern California. I was voted MVP of my high school team and was captain of both my high school and college team.
That depends on the age and ability of the client. However each session will begin with a slight warm up to get the body ready and I would conduct an evaluation to see the level at which the swimmer is at or if they requested certain help areas I would provide that. Technique and efficiency as well as comfortability with the water is of upmost importance to me.
