More About Coach Ian

Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Coach Headley , I am a former college football player at Jacksonville University , followed by playing professional briefly spending time with the Tampa Bay Bucs. I began coaching football in 2012 on the highschool level at Warner Christian Academy. From that time I have attended numerous coaching clinics to increase my knowledge of the game in addition to coaching in numerous all star games to inpliement new ideas and football techinques I have learned. During my coaching career I have been blessed to have coached and trained numerous division athletes in addition to a handful of National All-Americans .

We begin with dynamic stretching for 10 minutes , From there we go into a 20 minute circuit of speed or agility exercises , depending on the day .After we have completed that , Athletes have a 5-7 minute rest period . From there we begin Part 2 for 20 minutes with consist of Plyometric exercises position drills and speed endurance training. To conclude we have a brief position drill session (ex: Wide Receivers will have to Catch 100 Footballs or Tennis Balls ) followed by a cool down exercises
