More About Coach Gregory
I currently train myself and friends for road race distances from 5k to marathon. I have coached high school track and field athletes in summer camps aimed at allowing them to maintain fitness throughout the summer and revisit skills and drills they learned from the previous season. I typically work with high school age students through adults. I also have the ability to take a client’s current running fitness and cater a running plan to get them in better shape and reach their running goals.

Clients can expect individualized running plans to meet their goals, partner runs with myself, and fueling and race strategies. Sessions would be dependent on the clients goals. I can create individual training plans if they do not know where to start but have aspirations to run road races. I have personal experiences from running numerous road races and can provide strategies for racing, training and fueling. If clients need one on one support during running, we can schedule partner runs which will allow me to examine their breathing and from in real time and correct deficiencies to help them be better overall runners. Typical session would run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the length of race they are training for.
