I have 4 years of experience training athletes, ranging from age 10 to high school, college, and professional levels in the NHL, NFL, and MLB. I've coached at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ, and in swimming programs in Ohio and Arizona. I hold industry certifications, including CSCS and XPS, ensuring effective training practices.
I am a back-to-back Pac-12 Conference champion and a three-time international gold medalist for Team USA. Additionally, I earned 2x international silver medal and represented Team USA six times on the world stage. My accomplishments also include being a multi-national champion. 5 years NCAA Academic All-American. 6x PAC-12 conference champion, 3-time Intl. gold medalist, silver medalist, 6x Team USA representative, and multi-national champion.
In a typical session, clients can expect a strong focus on technique and foundational skills, with an emphasis on transferring these into each stroke. We break down the session step by step, starting with push-offs to develop explosive power. Next, we work on breakouts, breathing techniques, starts, and turns. Finally, we sequence these elements together to create a fluid, full stroke. This structured approach ensures athletes build their skills progressively and effectively.

As far as your workout program, I really enjoyed it like truly every time I was going to lift I was super excited to do it.
