I have over 13 years of experience competing at the D1 level. I was a D1 track athlete for 5 years. I am currently working towards getting my CSCS certification.

I was a D1 track athlete who primarily focused on long distance running for 5 years, but in the last 3-4 years have been focusing on the gym. I competed at a very high level and had access to some of the best running and strength and conditioning coaches in the world.

In our first few sessions we will figure out your current fitness levels, what your goals are and our plan to get you there. We will go over lifting techniques, workouts and drills.
