8 years plus experience coaching at elite high school level. 2 City Championships. 4 All Americans in my first 2 seasons as a head coach. 5 years coaching collegiate and pro athletes.

3 sport athlete in high school: Baseball, Track & Field and Football. Baseball I played in the outfield. Track & Field I competed in Horizontal Jumps, throws and sprints. I played defensive back on the football field. Played division II & I football.
With developmental athletes the focus is on any technical issues and correcting errors in athletic foundation: core strength, balance, coordination, muscle imbalances Central Nervous System. Progressing to coaching the fundamentals of the specific event. We will train POWER, SPEED and STRENGTH. THE GOAL IS TO BE EXPLOSIVE/FAST in the most safe and efficient manner possible.
