More About Coach Erik
I have been training athletes for the past 10 years. I have coached at the high school level in the Temecula Valley. I typically work with middle school and high school aged athletes. I am heads up, first aid/cpr, child and infant cpr, and basic life saver certified.
In high school I was an all-CIF, all-league, defensive lineman and tight end. After graduating I was offered at Abilene Christian University but passed on the opportunity to serve in the US Army. While serving in the Army I played intramural and semi-professional football in Tennessee. After completing my military service I returned to the Southern California area and coached at the high school varsity level.
A typical session will include a warm up and flexibility block followed by athlete specific drills such as catching, blocking, technical and body mechanic analysis. The sessions will really be dictated by what the athlete wishes to improve on.
