More About Coach Eric

I have several years of experience training athletes of all ages, specializing in footwork, speed, and position-specific technique. I’ve coached youth, high school, and college-bound athletes, helping them develop discipline, confidence, and proper mechanics. I bring firsthand knowledge from competing at the highest levels, and I tailor each session to the athlete’s age, goals, and skill level. My focus is on fundamentals, technique, and long-term development.

was an All-American in high school with over 100 Division I offers and won the 2016 state championship with North Shore. I competed at LSU, earned my bachelor’s degree, and won a national championship there. I later transferred to Texas Tech, where I continued competing at a high level. My journey through two elite programs gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to perform, prepare, and win.

A typical session with me focuses on improving footwork, speed, explosiveness, and position-specific skills. I break down proper technique, teach efficient movement patterns, and run athletes through drills designed to build confidence and game-ready performance. Each session includes warm-up, fundamentals, technique work, situational drills, and mental approach. My goal is to develop well-rounded athletes who are faster, smarter, and more disciplined every time they step on the field.
