I’ve coached middle school cross country, worked with high school athletes looking to run personal bests, and coached adult athletes of all ages with diverse running experiences and goals.
I’ve taken people from not running at all to finishing a World Marathon Major in 5 months.
I’ve also coached experienced runners to PRs and Boston qualifying times.
I am Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Level 1 Certified. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
Personal marathon experience: 4:30:00 at age 35 to 2:51:31 at age 44.
Off the road, I’ve competed in UTMB mountain races.

If you book a Running Form Evaluation, our first session will include a form assessment, cues and drills to use immediately, dynamic warmups, strides, and a discussion of your training philosophy, goals, recovery, and gear.
If you book online coaching, we’ll start with a phone call to discuss your goals, current fitness, training history, and what’s worked and what hasn’t. From there I’ll build your first week of training.

I can definitely recommend Drew as a running coach. I was a beginner runner who was in need of some guidance to increase my distance and improve my pace and technique. I had been running at the same pace and the same distances rather inconsistently for two years.
